Notifications and alerts
Choose which problems reach you, and see what needs your attention.
Alerts
- The bell opens Alerts: things done on your behalf and anything that needs you, with a button to act, such as Open Unibox.
- Unread ones come first. Dismiss one, or click Mark all read.
Choose what reaches you
- Open Settings, then Notifications.
- Turn on the problems you want to hear about and how: the hourly popup, or an email.
- Click Save.
What is on by default
- On: the Hourly popup, Deliverability and Account.
- Off until you turn them on: emails about critical problems, emails about warnings, Campaigns and Mailboxes.
Settings reference
- Hourly popup (on by default): critical problems pop up on your dashboard once an hour until they are fixed.
- Email me about critical problems (off by default): at most one email a day, for example a campaign bouncing over 10% or a mailbox that cannot send.
- Email me about warnings too (off by default): lower replies, rising bounces, credits running low.
- Campaigns (off by default): no or few replies, bounces, complaints, stalled campaigns or campaigns running out of leads.
- Mailboxes (off by default): sending failures, low warmup health, high bounces.
- Deliverability (on by default): missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC, blocklists, landing in spam.
- Account (on by default): credits running out, interested replies waiting.
- These choices are yours alone; everyone in the workspace sets their own.
