Workflows and automation

Workflows (Beta)

1. Open Workflows under Orchestration.
2. Under Your coding agent, name it, pick the provider and model, paste its API key and click Connect.
3. Describe what you want and click Build it.
4. Review the automation under Your automations, then click Switch on. Pause stops it.

What an automation can do

• Set a field, adjust the lead score, add or remove a tag, and move a lead to another list.
• The table under What it can do lists every action with its limits.

Memory

AI Training, Open memory shows the documents and facts the AI has gathered while working, and lets you remove any of them.

Supervisor

• The Supervisor decides what work a request really needs and coordinates the specialist agents. Type what you want done (for example Research this company and tell me if they are worth contacting), optionally a lead, and click Plan and run, or Just show me the plan.
• The result shows the confidence, buying intent and personalisation scores, what to do next and how it decided. Tick Ignore anything cached to start fresh.

Autonomy

• Autonomy lets the system choose what to work on, rather than being told. It works through saved table views you add as queues, in priority order (lowest number first).
• What it would do right now shows the candidates and what it would cost. Run one cycle now runs it once.
• Settings: Let it work unattended, a daily budget, the most leads per cycle (1 to 500) and what it may do. It stays within the budget and lists what it has been doing.

Memory page

• Memory shows what each agent may remember and what it must never be shown: facts, connections, documents and active tasks.
• Store a document or record a connection between companies and people, and try a retrieval to see what an agent would receive.
• Forgetting merges duplicates and removes expired memories every night; Run it now does it at once. Turn on embeddings in AI Training for better document matches.
