AI Training

Teach the AI your business, offer, ideal customer, competitors and voice. Every AI writer, AI Reply Agent and AI Assistant uses it.

Set it up

  1. Open AI Training at the bottom of the menu.
  2. Enter your website domain under Fill it in from your website and click Generate to fill in what your site says.
  3. Go through the sections: Company, Offer, Ideal customer, Competitors, Your LinkedIn, Voice, Campaign strategy and Email copy samples.
  4. Add competitors with Add competitor: their name, website, LinkedIn and how you differ.
  5. Add a few emails you wrote yourself under Email copy samples.
  6. Click Save. The bar at the top shows how many sections are done.

The sections

  • Company: name, website, industry, size and location.
  • Offer: what you sell, pricing, value, proof and guarantees. Ideal customer: who you sell to, their pains and buying triggers.
  • Voice: tone, words to use and to avoid, sign-off. Campaign strategy: goals, follow-up style and your meeting link.
  • Each section shows Done or To do.

Email copy samples

  • Write these yourself, the way you really write. The AI learns your style from them; do not paste AI-written copy.
  • A subject and the body, exactly as you sent it. Up to 10.

Embeddings

  • Embeddings let your AI agents find the right part of your training for each email and reply, instead of searching by keywords.
  • Tick Use embeddings, pick a model (text-embedding-3-small is recommended, text-embedding-3-large is more accurate) and click Save. The index is built within a few minutes.
  • With your own OpenAI key connected in Settings, Integrations, AI models, it uses no credits. Otherwise it uses Ziclon's key and credits per 1,000 tokens, as the card shows.
  • The status shows Off, Updating, Ready or Failed, and how many pieces are indexed. Click Rebuild index after a big change.

Tips

  • Web addresses start with https://. LinkedIn addresses must be linkedin.com ones.
  • Add a meeting link under Campaign strategy so AI Reply Agents can offer it to interested people.
  • List words to avoid separated by commas, for example: discounts, pricing, "Competitor X". AI-written emails that use one are rewritten or left for you.
  • AI Assistant can fill in missing details for you: tell it what you sell and confirm the card it shows.
  • After changing AI Training, open each AI Reply Agent and click Train my AI agent again.
