Boards
Whiteboards for explaining things visually: plans, flows, campaign sequences, ICPs and pipelines.
Make a board
- Open Board from the menu, in either module, and click New board.
- Give it a name and pick a start: a blank board or a template (Kanban, Timeline, Flowchart, Campaign sequence, ICP and persona canvas, Sales pipeline, Mind map or Meeting notes).
- Click Create board. The board opens full screen.
Draw
- Pick a tool at the top: select, rectangle, diamond, ellipse, arrow, line, pen, text, image, eraser and frame. Press its number key for speed.
- Sticky note adds a coloured note in the middle of the view. Double click any shape to type in it.
- Select something to change its colour, stroke, font size, alignment, link or lock it.
- Paste or drop images straight onto the board.
- Zoom with the buttons at the bottom left, Ctrl and the mouse wheel, or a pinch. Undo and redo sit beside them.
Create with AI
- Type what you want in the bar at the bottom, for example: flowchart of our cold email sequence with 3 follow-ups.
- Pick Flowchart, Sequence or Mind map, or leave it on Any.
- Press Enter. The diagram appears in the middle of the view, ready to edit.
- To summarise part of a board, select shapes and click Explain. The summary is added as a note.
- Each AI diagram or summary uses credits (see Credit pricing in Settings). Nothing is charged when the AI cannot draw it.
Saving
- Boards save by themselves a moment after every change. The top bar shows Saving and Saved.
- If someone else changed the same board, you can reload their version or keep yours.
Export and share
- Export saves the board as PNG, SVG or a .excalidraw file you can open again later.
- Share makes a read-only link. Anyone with it can look and zoom but not change anything. Turn sharing off to stop the link working.
Your boards
- The Board page lists every board in the workspace with a preview, newest first. Search by name.
- Use the menu on a board to rename, duplicate or delete it.
- Everyone in the workspace can open and edit every board.
